You can book directly on our website through our online booking system, or contact us by phone at +33 4 94 77 41 21 or by email at contact@bastidedemonique.fr. Direct booking guarantees you the best rate. ## Is breakfast included? Yes, a gourmet breakfast is included with all [our rooms](https://www.bastidedemonique.fr/rooms). It is freshly prepared each morning with local and artisanal products, and served from 8:00 to 10:00 AM (from 7:30 AM upon request). ## What is the cancellation policy? Cancellation terms depend on the rate selected. Please check the conditions at the time of booking or contact us for more details. ## What are the check-in and check-out times? Check-in is between 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM, with a personal welcome. After 7:00 PM, self check-in is available. Check-out is before 11:00 AM. ## How do I get to La Bastide? La Bastide is located at 565 Route de Pignans, 83340 Flassans-sur-Issole, between Flassans and Pignans. Free parking is available on site. Yes, La Bastide has a heated swimming pool in the heart of the tree-lined garden, accessible from May to October (weather permitting). Pool towels are provided. ## Is Wi-Fi available? Yes, Wi-Fi is free and available in all rooms and common areas. ## Are pets allowed? We don't accept pets, for the comfort of all our guests. ## Is La Bastide suitable for children? Families are welcome. The [Trésors d'hier](https://www.bastidedemonique.fr/rooms/tresors-d-hier) room (40m²) has a sofa bed that can accommodate up to two additional guests, making it ideal for families. ## What activities are there nearby? La Bastide is well placed to explore the Var: vineyards and tastings, hiking in the Massif des Maures, Provençal villages, local markets, beaches within 45 minutes.
