# Services & Amenities

> Gourmet breakfast with local products included, heated pool from May to October, free parking, Wi-Fi and a personalised welcome in Provence.

## Breakfast

Our gourmet breakfast is included and served each morning in the __dining room__ or on the __terrace__, depending on the season.

Start the day with local, artisanal products chosen with care: jams by **Olbia en Provence**, coffee by **Cafés Maurice**, fruit juices by **Patrick Font**, local honey and cheeses, fresh fruit salad… and other homemade delights for a savoury experience.

Breakfast is served from __8:00 to 10:00 AM__. An earlier sitting from 7:30 AM is available upon request.

## Parking

For your convenience, __complimentary__ parking is available in the spaces on the left as you enter.

## Swimming Pool

Our pool sits in the middle of the tree-lined garden, perfect for unwinding between outings.

For your comfort, the pool is heated from __May to October__ (weather permitting).

## Wi-Fi

Free Wi-Fi in all rooms and common areas.

## Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is between __4:30 PM and 7:00 PM__, when we will personally welcome you and show you around the house and your room.

After __7:00 PM__, self check-in is available.

Check-out is before __11:00 AM__ so we can get the rooms ready for the next guests.
